Minimum requirement

Finally, I met the company minimum requirement and able to continue the career path I chosen.
Since the first day I make this decision, I know this will not be an easy path for me. I will need to put a lot of effort in order to get the best result.

I know my problem, but lack of some important elements to drive me, something that can drive me to go higher. But, until today, I still not very sure what is it. Until today, I only know the thing which can push me a little bit, but I understand clearly that it is not the thing that can drive me to the higher level...
